Thunderbolts (4-7 years)
Aimed at the 4 to 7 yrs age group, the program is designed to develop confidence, motor and social skills in young children. Focusing on developing positive interaction and mental focus, this program allows children to increase their physical fitness whilst improving discipline, control and self-confidence. The use of short term goals via skill based stripes maintains motivation and builds enthusiasm enabling each child to progress at an individual pace.

Aimed at the 8 to 13 yrs age group, the program is designed to develop both physical and mental skills. The program allows students to progress at their own pace setting achievable goals and developing a positive mind set to perform at their personal best. Learning to apply an “I CAN DO IT” attitude, students will develop life skills essential for success in the many challenges of life. Using the latest and most effective training methods students will gain confidence and positive attitude whilst increasing physical fitness through the exciting world of martial arts training.

Aimed at 14 years and over, the program is designed to develop both physical and mental skills to succeed in life’s many challenges. Developing a culture of positive attitude, determination and perseverance, students will gain physical fitness whilst developing great skills based on the traditional Shukokai Karate style. The program uses traditional training methods combined with the latest and most effective training methods from around the world.
